Maybe facilities management (FM) isn't so boring after all

Just had a very entertaining and enlightening drink with a friend from our local village who works in facilities management (FM) and was yet again amazed at how every business is about people relationships and networks. We chatted about power structures, cluetrain style marketing, Maslow's hierarchy of needs (possibly a first for our local pub) and organisational life in general.

As ever with me the conversation turned to blogging, I got on to the success Hugh Macleod has had helping English Cut and the next thing we know we are hatching plans for my friend to become the equivalent blogging star of facilities management!
