Thanks for the link love.

Don't call me love, love.

;-)

Love the link, thanks.

If Mista Wina is going be a throwa of stones, he should at least be a more accurate usea of idiom, don't you rather think?

*wink*

I don't know the context of this particular mudfest.

But I have observed, in the past, that certain slingers of mud and other opprobrium turn out to be mightily thin-skinned themselves. They can dish it out, but they sure can't take it. And least not without a whole lotta pissing and moaning.

This is where I kick in with something sententious about glass houses and stones. Or not.

There's considered critique and then there's name-calling. Civilized adults can usually tell the difference.

This is the story (http://www.guardian.co.uk/online/story/0,3605,1171185,00.html) that Mr. Winer can't seem to remember to link each time he talks about how evil Hammersley is, and how maligned he is. I don't particularly care to get between these two--neither are favorite people of mine--but I hate it when Winer doesn't at least provide the link for folks to read the story themselves.

To be honest guys my post wasn't particularly about Ben and I wasn't taking sides in their argument - I just get tired of Dave throwing his weight around like a big kid.

Like I said - I know it is really none of my business but I feel there is a responsibility that comes with the sort of profile that Dave has and he does himself, and the blogosphere, no favours when he behaves this way.

he seems to act like a right knobjockey
